This is "American Idol..."
So Lee Dewyze is on stage, playing his guitar and singing "Hey Jude". He has a couple off spots, but he is doing a pretty good job. Suddenly, a lone bagpiper appears at the top center of the stage and strolls down to join Lee and they finish the song. It sounded better than it looked; the blend of sound was interesting and I think I kind of got what Lee was going for. Visually, it was a bit odd, seemed like a comedy routine that didn't quite make it.
Actually, that could sum up this whole season of AI, it has been like a comedy routine that is just not making it....
